Practice Cancelled Morning of 1/6

January 7, 2017 - 5:15 a.m. weather report: The roads are wet with a slight dusting of snow.  Our platoon of test drivers experienced multiple patches of ice en route to SVC.  The temperature is 24 degrees and falling, so the ice is likely to get worse before it gets better.  So out of an abundance of caution, we are cancelling practices at SVC this morning.
 
The sun is due to appear mid-morning, along with rising temperatures, so at this juncture – unless superseded by another post to the website -- our intent is to proceed with practice and VP clinics scheduled for noon or later today.
 
And as always, if conditions in your neck of the woods are such that you are not comfortable driving to SVC, please notify your coach (or the VP staff, if appropriate) that you will not be in attendance.
