VolleyPerformance is our training wing of the club. Here you will find position and skill specific training led by some of the best coaches in the country. These classes are open for both boys and girls (with a few exceptions). In addition, we are hosting Open Gyms before and after tryouts for 15-18 and 14&Under. These are led by our boys coaches and are game play specific. Alumni and local collegiate mens players will take part as well from time to time in the 15-18 age group! These open gyms occur on Sunday

Skills Specific Classes
These are generally for (but not limited to) more experienced players. Classes are designed to teach very specific skills, i.e. “Advanced Jump Setting”
General Skills Classes
If you aren’t sure what class to sign up for if it’s your first time and you aren’t as familiar with the technical terms, we would suggest either a 2 on 1 OR a general skills block
High Performance Classes
“HP” classes are designed for the more experienced players and feature skill training as well as both combination & competition drills
