A Year-Round Volleyball League from Beginner to Advance – Powered by the Nation’s Top Volleyball Institutions: VolleyPerformance and A5 Volleyball

Description
The CVL is a popular alternative to club volleyball for players that may not have the time nor resources to commit to a full-blown club team. The CVL combines skills training, match competition, as well as physical training opportunities.

The CVL runs from Spring to Winter. Athletes are placed on teams according to age, skill level and position. Every evening the athletes will have a combination of skill training and match play with variations depending on the age division. Most teams will play two matches and ref one each week.
