SAND STARS

Sand Stars is a beginner volleyball program for boys and girls, 8-14 years old.

Designed to teach the basic skills in the sand:

• Passing

• Serving 

• Setting  

• Attacking

• Footwork

 

AND begin to develop agility, quickness, and a jumpstart on vertical.

 

Sand Stars is a fun way to get outside, burn some energy,

and learn a fun and growing sport in a safe, low-pressure environment.

Tuesday's and Fridays 4:15-5:30 pm

First session: Tuesday, April 9th

Last Session: Friday, April 30th

Have middle schoolers who are wanting to

- Prepare for tryouts?

- Get more touches on a ball?

- Improve their fundamentals?

- Try something new and different?

This is a great place to try volleyball and develop good mechanics.

The skills taught in our programs are fundamental and translate to indoors as well.

 

We are offering monthly 4 week programs throughout the spring

and will be holding clinics and camps throughout the summer!
