We are thrilled to announce the 10-1 Head Coach for the 2018-2019 season is Jon Baker!
September 11, 2018 - Jon Baker has been an instrumental part of our 10 & under program. This will mark the third season in a row that Jon will be the 10-1 Head Coach. Last season he made his mark by being the first 10’s team to play in the Big South National Qualifier. He also racked up four tournament wins and placed second at Regionals. Before coming to A5, he was a coach at Roswell Recreational Department and Crossfire Volleyball Club. Not only has Jon been a big part of the coaching world, he also had groundbreaking moments as a player. Jon founded the Men’s Volleyball Club at Eckerd College and in its second year of existence the team won the Regional Championship. Jon also has played and won many outdoor tournaments.
Assisting Jon this year is Campbell Morin!
Although Campbell’s first year at A5, she has coached several youth camps at Alpharetta High School. Campbell has had a successful playing career with Intensity Volleyball club and Alpharetta High School. She also played a year of beach at Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club. Campbell earned numerous awards and achievements as a player, such as Heart and Soul Award (twice), Area Championship (twice), MVP, and won the 2017 Georgia Challenge tournament.
