We are ecstatic to announce the 12-2 Head Coach for the 2018-2019 season as Jake Dickey!
September 18, 2018 - This will be Jake’s second season leading the 12-2 team at A5. Last season his team qualified for Nationals and finished in the Top 20! In previous seasons at A5, Jake coached the 11-3 team and won 3 tournaments. Jake is currently the Head Coach at West Forsyth and has earned one Final Four appearance, has had two All-State players, two Region Championships, four-time Region Coach of the Year, six Sweet Sixteens appearances, and eight Play-off appearances. Jake also has coached the North Georgia Senior All-Star team and State Senior All-Star games. He was a head coach for 15-1 and 17-1 at Choo-Choo City Volleyball Club in previous years.
Assisting Jake this year is Catelyn Anderson!
As a 4-year A5 vet formerly coaching in the 18’s age group, Catelyn is returning as Jake’s Assistant for the second season in a row. Before coming to A5, Catelyn coached at Northern Indiana Volleyball Association coaching the 18’s and 17’s age group. Catelyn had a very successful playing career at Wheeling Jesuit University where she posted four Conference Champions, two Sweet Sixteen appearances, and one Elite Eight appearance. We’re excited to have Catelyn’s wealth of experience for another year in our Youth Program!
