A5 Family,
It's been a good month of training for the A5 Family, but the time comes when we quite properly shift our focus to Faith, Family and Friends. ....so with apologies to the Readers out there, this will be our final epistle in 2018. (Skimmers, we know you will not miss us...)
This is NOT TO SAY that there won't be opportunities to train over the Holidays. VP camps are summarized below, and of course VP Clinics continue in full force. A5 South will be hosting their Holiday Camp on 12/29-31. Certainly there is no excuse for athletes showing up for practice on January 2nd slow and out of shape.
It's Not Too Late to Sign Up for Volleyperformance's Winter Camps
If you're in town for the holidays, you might want to take the opportunity to get some additional training. Volleyperformance is offering the following camps, in addition to many of their on-going clinics over the Holidays.
Middle School Elite Camp (11s, 12s, 13s, 14s)
Winter Break Elite Camp (15s & 16s)
