A5 Leadership Retreat Highlights
Unleashing brand strength across clubs

The annual A5 Leadership Retreat is in the books and it was a day filled with plenty of discussion, planning and preparation for the upcoming 2019-2020 club season. As everyone took time to reflect on the successes and challenges presented in the year past, overall there was agreement in ensuring the strength of the A5 brand and the values that go with it are felt across all clubs. Bob Westbrook summarized it this way "Our opportunity is the greatest yet, let us continue to achieve excellence, the path is in front of us.

We are pleased to announce the following new Club Leadership roles and Board members:

Tom Bianco - Executive Leadership, his daughters played for A5 for 8 years. Tom has over 30 years of experience building and executing strategy, delivering business growth objectives and achieving revenue and profit growth.

Mike Eitler - Financial Leadership, he has 2 daughters currently playing and competed in seasons at GA5 and A5. Mike is a CPA and possess over 25 years of broad based strategic, operational, financial and administrative experience within both private and public companies.

Spencer Burrows and Danielle Welsh - Board of Directors members, both of their daughters played for A5 at different times and each brings fresh new perspectives.

We also celebrated Michael Fletcher's huge contributions to A5 over the years and gave him a nice gift to commemorate his time here. As Michael had reported in an earlier newsletter, he will be shedding some of his leadership responsibilities but will remain a member of the Board. Gabe Aramian will continue as Club Director and be assuming some of these responsibilities moving forward.
Thanks to Gabe for leading the full day session. From time to time, he had to remind everyone that we were in a staff meeting and not passing drills!

Also, shout out to LA O'Sullivan who did a great job with meeting logistics, including a delicious lunch and also recording all the decisions and action items.
