Our Awesome A5 Ambassador
Former A5 South Board member tapped to keep A5 connected in surrounding communities
October 18, 2019 -
We are extremely pleased to announce the formal hiring of Jim Kehoe, a former A5 South Board Member, Parent Liaison and Recruiting Coordinator. He will serve in an official capacity as A5 Ambassador at large. His primary focus will be to create relationships with high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools on behalf of A5 and VP. He will also assist in the creation of clinics and camps aimed at informing folks of A5 and helping put athletes in the gym. He will also serve as a liaison and “eyes on” consultant with our sister clubs, primarily A5 Gwinnett. Geographically, his work will be targeted towards counties and areas outside and north of I-285 ranging from A5 Gwinnett to A5 Alpharetta to include but not limited to Fulton, Gwinnett and Cobb counties.
As a former A5 parent, Jim's experience and network are invaluable not only to the A5 organization but to the families and kids in the communities. His knowledge and experience gained from raising 3 children who all played club volleyball and collegiate volleyball puts Jim in a prime position to help make meaningful connections that will inspire more kids to play the sport we all love, volleyball.
Jim has been married for 31 years to the love of his life, Suzette. He served honorably in the United States Navy from 1987-1991. He is a retired Air Traffic Controller as of August 31, 2019. All of his children played club and college volleyball - Charmaine (28, Emmanuel College), Kaylee (27, University of Georgia) and Calvin (23, Erskine College).
