2019 Train for Tryouts - 13's (Tuesday $55 at SVC)

A5 Volleyball & VolleyPerformance are teaming up to bring you the Youth Train For Tryouts Workshops which will familiarize young athletes with club tryout procedures. Athletes will work on various phases of the tryout process. Coaches will conduct a "mock tryout" which will include evaluations throughout the workshop. Very limited skill instruction will be given, however we will guide athletes through the drills designed to showcase their overall athletic ability and volleyball skills. Attention and feedback will be given to the athlete's court demeanor, hustle, communication and work ethic.
This session is open to all athletes who will be trying out for the 13s age group for club tryouts. If you are currently 13 years old but 14s eligible for club tryouts, you are welcome to attend this workshop if you wish, however we recommend attending the VolleyPerformance sessions if you are 14s eligible instead. For ages 14s-18s - please check the schedules at www.volleyperformance.com - This is a separate program run by VP for older girls. Several sessions will be offered.
