Two Days a week
This is a 5 week session that runs every Tuesday And Thursday night from 5:30 to 6:45pm. Athletes will learn the basics of beach
volleyball and how it differs from indoor. Beach volleyball helps indoor players tremendously with ball control, cover more court space, and is a great workout! Athletes generally wear anything from a t-shirt and shorts to spandex and tank tops. Bring a towel, plenty of water, sunglasses, bugspray, and sunscreen if needed.
