Competitive Volleyball League (CVL)
A Year-Round Volleyball League from Beginner to Advance – Powered by the Nation’s Top Volleyball Institutions: VolleyPerformance and A5 Volleyball
The CVL is a popular alternative to club volleyball for players that may not have the time nor resources to commit to a full-blown club team. The CVL combines skills training, match competition, as well as physical training opportunities.
Athletes are placed on teams according to age, skill level and position. Every evening the athletes will have a combination of skill training and match play with variations depending on the age division. Most teams will play two matches and ref one each week.
MIDDLE SCHOOL – Open to rising 6th-8th grade girls. Will have a combination of new skill training, technical reviews, and 6 v 6 game play.
HIGH SCHOOL – Open to rising 9th-12th grade girls. Skill training and match play will occur on a nightly basis with an emphasis on repetition and pace relative to their skill level.
Each team will be provided a coach and compete against other teams within their division. Friends and teammates will be put on teams together, when applicable.
This league meets every Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-8:00pm
