VP Elite Tall Girl Camp (13U and older, $325 Prorated 225)

This camp is aimed at all ages and positions, not just middles. The focus is helping taller players become more well-rounded and complete in their skill set. Players must be 5ft 9inches or taller to register for this camp, or jump very well.
While there is a heavy emphasis on front court play-attack, blocking, transition, hitting various sets relative to their position, back court play is also addressed. This means serving, back court attack, out of system setting, defense and much more.
Heavy emphasis on good footwork and movement skills. Arm swing is addressed as well as hand contact. Blocking, which is very difficult to train, plays a central role in this camp. Attacking in combination as well as fast attack Setters are added in the afternoons of this camp so hitters can hit in live action setting. We cannot emphasize enough how beneficial this camp is to players of all ages. The energy is high level. Bring your gifted, tall athlete to the gym for this camp.
