July High School Attacking and Blocking Workshop ($105)

Two Days - 2.5 Hours a day
In the July High Schoool Attacking and Blocking - will focus on hand contact, footwork, armswing, all types of blocking
The July High School Attacking and Blocking Volleyball Workshops hosted by A5 Volleyball and Volley Performance are 5 hour mini camps designed to work on specific positions and will be lead by experienced coaches from A5 Club teams and Volley Performance training.
Middle School camps are for those players in Middle School 6th to 8th grade.
These camps are for players fairly new to volleyball to elite players that are playing on a high lever club volleyball team
This camp is not for "Hitters" only. Players in all positions should contiue to enhance all of their skills.
