2022 Fall Beach Partial-Prorated
Monday, August 22, 2022 - Sunday, November 6, 2022
Designed for athletes who want to partake in off-season beach training, but are unable to commit to the schedule of the Full Package.
Includes:
- 2 hr practice, 2x per week (Wednesdays & Sundays)
- Optional Mindful Mondays-a mindset building session that will cover the importance of total body health, will be held once a week via Zoom. Athletes will learn skills such as proper recovery, nutrition, mindset building and breath work to help improve their game on the court.
- Mobility S&C with Pinnacle Performance
- Recruiting services
- Athlete development progress tracking
Practice Groups will be split based on athlete schedule availablility and skill level by Beach Director Ali McColloch
Avalibility for practice training session: (Coach will contact you after registration to set your training schedule)
- Wednesday: 6:30-8:30 pm
- Sundays: 4:30-6:30pm
