2022 Condensed Fall Beach
Wednesday, October 12, 2022 - Sunday, November 6, 2022
Designed for athletes who want to train in the sand, but may have had prior commitments early on in the fall.
Does not include:
- 2 hr practice, 2x per week (Wednesdays & Sundays)
Practice Groups will be split based on athlete schedule availablility and skill level by Beach Director Ali McColloch
Avalibility for practice training session: (Coach will contact you after registration to set your training schedule)
- Mobility S&C with Pinnacle Performance
- Recruiting services
- Athlete development progress tracking
- Mindful Mondays-a mindset building session that will cover the importance of total body health, will be held once a week via Zoom. Athletes will learn skills such as proper recovery, nutrition, mindset building and breath work to help improve their game on the court.
- Wednesday: 6:30-8:30pm
- Sundays: 4:30-6:30pm
