2022 Condensed Fall Beach Drop In

Choose one - either Wednesday OR Sunday for training
Designed for athletes who can commit to one day a week for off-season beach training from October 12-November 6.
Includes:
- 2 hr practice, 1x per week (Wednesday OR Sunday)
- Mobility S&C
- Recruiting services
- Athlete development progress tracking
- Mindful Mondays-- a mindset building session that will cover the importance of total body health, will be held once a week via Zoom. Athletes will learn skills such as proper recovery, nutrition, mindset building and breath work to help improve their game on the court.
Practice Groups will be split based on athlete schedule availablility and skill level by Beach Director Ali McColloch
Avalibility for practice training session: (Coach will contact you after registration to set your training schedule)
- Wednesday: 6:30-8:30pm
- Sundays: 4:30-6:30pm
