July High School Hitting and Passing Workshop ($110) 1pm to 3:15

Two Days - 2.25 hours each day
In the High school hitting and passing workshop we will focus on Hand Contact, Arm Swing, and approach for Hitting. For Passing the focus will be position, posture and platform.
The July Summer Workshops hosted by A5 Volleyball and Volley Performance are 4.5 hour mini camps designed to work on specific positions and will be lead by experienced coaches from A5 Club teams and Volley Performance training.
High School camps are for those players in High School - 9th grade and older
These camps are for players fairly new to volleyball to elite players that are playing on a high lever club volleyball team
This camp is not for "Hitters" only. Players in all positions should contiue to enhance all of their skills.
