July MIDDLE BLOCKING WORKSHOP ($110) 1pm to 3:15

In the MIDDLE BLOCKING WORKSHOP we will focus on Hand Contact, Arm Swing, and approach for Hitting. For Blocking the focus will be position, posture footwork. will include segments on static blocking as well as swing blocking
The July Summer Workshops hosted by A5 Volleyball and Volley Performance are 4-4.5 hour mini camps designed to work on specific positions and will be lead by experienced coaches from A5 Club teams and Volley Performance training.
Middle Blocking camps are for those players that play the position of Middle Blocker/Middle Hitter.
These camps are for players fairly new to volleyball to elite players that are playing on a high lever club volleyball team
The camp will be broken up by skill and age
