A5 2014 Trip to Italy

As we mentioned seven months ago, we are hopeful that the 2013 trip to China, which included some sightseeing and a considerable amount of international competition, was the first of many opportunities for some of our older athletes--mainly juniors and seniors--to have a lifetime experience by seeing the world while playing international competition.

We will be taking a team of approximately 15 athletes to Italy this Fall. Athletes will depart the Thursday prior to Thanksgiving (11/20) and return the Sunday after Thanksgiving (11/30). We are putting final details together about cost, but think in terms of $4000 - $4500 per athlete. Some additional details are included in this embedded brochure, but if you want the complete low-down, you'll have to attend the informational meeting at SVC, which will occur concurrent with tryouts. Athletes must have played for A5, GA5 or A5 South in the season just completed to be eligible to try out.
