COMPETITION COMMENCES THIS WEEKEND

 

Players and coaches alike are itching to compete, and this weekend the vast majority of our teams will be doing just that.  Most of our teams will be at the Southern Dream, one of ten tournaments we host throughout the season.  The schedule is posted and a link provided here for your convenience.

 

A note about the tournaments we host.  They are important to us - not only do they bring revenue to the club, which helps hold player fees in check, but they save our club and others in Atlanta hundreds of thousands of dollars in travel costs by allowing us to sleep in our own beds.  So we want to grow and expand our tournament  business, and one way we can do that is to make sure visiting teams have a good experience and want to come back.

 

So we ask that each team, along with every player and coach act like hosts.  This includes taking the final officiating assignment for out-of-town teams if doing so will enable them to get a head start on their journey home.  Our guests will love you for it and they will be likely to come back in future years.
