High School Setting Workshop ($95) - Prorated 45

Two Days - 2.5 Hours a day
In the setting workshop players will work on footwork, hand contact, movement, jump setting and will review advanced movement and combination work.. Lots of attention will be paid to jump setting, location of all sets, and tempo setting (fast attack), There will be many reps and lots of movement.
The Summer Volleyball Workshops hosted by A5 Volleyball and Volley Performance are 5 hour mini camps designed to work on specific positions and will be lead by experienced coaches from A5 Club teams and Volley Performance training.
All high school mini camps are for players fairly new to volleyball to elite players that are playing on a high lever club volleyball team
